Powerful servo motor with a wide speed range: Standard configuration includes a 7.5kW servo motor (11kW optional), with a spindle speed of 50-4000rpm, suitable for both heavy cutting and high-surface-finish machining.
Fast and accurate tool change:Standard configuration includes an 8-station servo hydraulic turret (upgradeable to 12 stations), providing rapid tool changes and precise positioning, suitable for multi-process continuous machining.
High rigidity and stable precision:Standard configuration includes a hydraulic tailstock, combined with roller guides and an integral slant bed, providing stable support and strong vibration resistance, suitable for long-axis precision machining.
Optional system options with automation expansion support: Multiple brands of systems are available, including GSK and Syntec, and support automatic loading and unloading, automatic chip removal, and other automation integrations, easily upgrading to intelligent production lines.

3. Can your offer customized service?
Yes, we can. Please provide the specification for the machine you need, and tell us your requirements. We could offer customized service according to your request.

4. What is the production lead time for standard and customized machines? Do you have any in-stock models?
Standard models have a lead time of 7-10 working days and we usually keep 5-10 units in stock for urgent orders. Customized machines take 30 working days depending on complexity. We will share a detailed production schedule once the order is confirmed.

5. Can you offer me a quotation with shipping fees ?
Usually, we offer FOB price. Because the shipping fees is different in different countries at different times. We usually provide you with an FOB quotation first. If the machine price you are satisfied, we will check with our forwarder to provide you with a freight quotation.
